My love for Rome dates to a first month-long visit in 1974. There have been countless return visits and long stays. The purpose of this blog is to post photos of favorite sites to which I return over and over. Most are easily accessible on foot. I also list nearby important and fascinating sites.

Two Varieties of Artichokes
